International orders pose a unique set of problems, so we address them on a case by case basis. Shipping can either be done by UPS or US Postal Service.
In both cases, shipping is more expensive than our normal domestic shipping rates.
UPS, which provides better tracking, is far more expensive, often over $100 to non-US addresses.
(check the UPS website (ups.com for a 1kg package from New York City to YOUR CITY/COUNTRY via UPS)
USPS (Priority Mail) is less expensive, but the tracking in not as detailed. ($25-$50) (A 1kg package from New York City to NON-US address via USPS is approximately $27
over 2kg it is about $45)
In either case, once the package leaves the warehouse, the customer must take responsibility for it.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, undeliverable, confiscated or damaged.
Additionally, the customer is responsible for any taxes or fees that may be need to be paid on arrival.
Given this, most international customers can find product locally, for less.
