Our default shipping method is UPS GROUND except when the delivery address is a PO BOX or APO
Due to the incident of fraudulent purchases, ORDERS can ONLY be sent to the BILLING ADDRESS of the cardholder.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope you understand

 ALL orders are sent in plain unmarked boxes.  Nothing will indicate the contents of the package.

Due to the contents of the shipment, orders are shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

If you waive this requirement, your request must be via email and you assume all liability and responsibility for the shipment. We may require additional information to verify the purchaser's identity.

UPS will attempt to deliver your package three times. If UPS is unable
to deliver your package, and it is returned to us, shipping fees are not
refundable, and your order may be subject to a restocking fee.
SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT THE WAREHOUSE.
